How we work

What we do not do

1. We do not act as a director, company secretary, partner, trustee or nominee shareholder.
2. We do not arrange for anyone else to act in those roles.
3. We do not complete a selection without returning the decision to you, and we do not carry out appointment formalities.
4. We do not negotiate an appointment with a provider on your behalf.
5. We do not assemble a structure across several providers.
6. We do not supply a registered office or related services.
7. We do not incorporate companies as a service.
8. We do not file documents with registers on your behalf.
9. We do not hold seals, constitutional originals or account access.
10. We do not act as the contact point before a register or a bank.
11. We do not take fees in a form that could be recharacterised as arranging an appointment.
12. We do not promise opacity in any form.
