What this site is

This website is published by Halvorsen & Reith to describe the firm’s advisory practice and to set out, in general terms, how corporate governance requirements differ across jurisdictions. By using the site you accept these terms.

Information, not advice

It is not legal advice on any particular situation, it does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and it should not be relied on in place of advice on your own facts. Sending an enquiry

Submitting the enquiry form or writing to us by e-mail does not make you a client. An engagement begins only when the scope and terms have been agreed in writing and the firm has completed the checks it is required to carry out.
